The shipment of your order is taken care of by our logistic partners who try to make it hassle-free for you. To give grounds to foresaid, we would encourage your participation in the delivery, return & exchange process through our policies.
WHAT TO CHECK BEFORE PLACING MY ORDER?
It is suggested that before placing the order, kindly assure the below details.
To help you better, below is our guideline to make sure ordered order have substantial access to enter the doorways, staircase, delivery lift, etc.
- STEP 1 – Check Delivery Availability of your location through your pin code on our website.
- STEP 2 – Check for the dimensions of the product, in “Length x Width x Height”
Any issue regarding the fitting of order through doorways, entry gate, lobby, service lift, etc. will be considered as your responsibility.
HOW CAN I ENSURE FOR MY DELIVERIES?
As the order is ready for delivery, you will receive the message from our team. You can expect the delivery of order in next 7-10 working days (for orders other than furniture order) and 20 working days (for furniture order) from the date of order placed. It is suggested to make below arrangements –
- STEP 1 – Kindly ensure availability of an authorized person during the day of delivery at shipping/delivery address to receive the order.
- STEP 2 – It is suggested to provide our team with any other relevant information required during the delivery process from your end. You can share this information through our Customer Care team.
- STEP 3 – To make the Delivery process smoother, our delivery executive may reach you to coordinate through provided contact number.
- STEP 4 – Our Delivery executive will deliver the Order at your doorstep in case of ground floor. In case of high rise abode, order will be delivered at the Society gate OR Main Gate. Kindly make arrangements for further transition.
- STEP 5 – Once the delivery is complete, kindly acknowledge the delivery receipt.
*Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays are not set as business/working days for deliveries
* Deliveries can get affected due to natural calamities or acts of nature
* Please note that we reserve the right to cancel the order in case of any issue with shipping address. This falls, for some interior areas (Request to check for PIN CODE availability), for addresses in communal sensitive areas etc
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel the order in case of any unavoidable circumstances (You will be getting the intimation from our customer care team with a specified reason).

We endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. If you are not happy with your purchase, please see options for returning or exchanging any of the items.
Once the order reaches your premises, it is suggested to open the package and inspect the order for any kind of issue. It is however suggested, that in case of any damages noticed, please write the same on Goods Receipt Note OR Challan. The delivery executive is authorized to only deliver the order and is not obligated to unpack the order
However, your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
- If the order you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.
- If your purchase meets our exchange criteria stated above, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery with the following information: -
- Order number - Delivery address - Specify the reason for exchange and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image/s and/or video of the item.
